What is Strengthsfinder?

CliftonStrengths, or Strengthsfinder, is an online assessment, grounded by positive psychology, that truly provides a better understanding and insight into YOU. The results help you discover what you naturally do best, where you have most potential, and what makes you exceptional.

When you take the assessment you uncover your own unique combination of CliftonStrengths themes. Each theme then fits into one of four domains; Strategic Thinking, Relationship Building, Influencing, and Executing.
