    Responsible for all marketing and creative, internal and external, to tell the company’s story, drive sales, engagement, retention, leads, and positive customer experience. This included developing and maintaining marketing communication content, campaigns, assets, and promotional materials, then distributing messages through various channels. Core accountability also consisted of creating, and managing the creation, of all visual media.

    — Essential Duties and Responsibilities — 

    • Oversaw all marketing initiatives across all platforms and formats to create effective, integrated engagement plans that achieve the business objectives. Managing teams in-office and remote.

    • Brand management. Maintained consistency across channels and ensure content adheres to brand guidelines. Continued development of company’s brand reputation and implemented strategies that increased overall traffic and engagement across all mediums.

    • Supported all creative needs, acting as in-house graphic design and go-to expert for not only the creation of new material, but tactical support, strategic direction, and implementation of current content.

    • Created compelling graphics and visual content for a variety of message formats, to support marketing and company initiatives. Overall creating hundreds of marketing/sales and client collateral (print and digital), blog visuals, website and social visuals, presentations, tradeshow displays and signage, etc.

    • Launched, built, and managed all social media accounts; Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Vimeo, YouTube. Producing visual content and copy, organic and curated, for every channel. Developed a healthy social following and reputation as a thought leader from scratch.

    • Designed, scheduled and launched email marketing campaigns for newsletters, weekly updates, blog postings, company news, and product updates. 

    • Developed and solely managed The Engagement Multiplier Blog, whose organic efforts brought an average of 84% of the traffic to the marketing website and rated #9 Best Employee Engagement Blogs to Follow in 2019 and 2020.

    • Managed all vendor relationships.  

    • Performed ongoing customer/market research and demographic profiling to identify and capitalize on unmet market needs ahead of the curve.

    • Directed and edited over 50 sales/marketing, educational support videos, and webinars.
